I fell for a similar phishing scam on Twitter. I’d received an email asking me to verify my Twitter password. I don’t usually fall for those but I followed what looked like a link to a Twitter sign-in and actually signed in. After only a minute I realized the site wasn’t right and I had to bring up my actual Twitter account and quickly change my password so my account wouldn’t be hacked. Unbelievable what some people will try.
